This dataset provides waves and atmospheric statistics interpolated at any location on Earth. The data in this dataset comes from multiple sources and is generated by numerical models solving the fundamental equation of conservation. The API deliver is a commercial product but has a free usage plan that delivers data from the global atmospheric and wave data. Amospheric data are generated by the United States ([Global Forecast System](https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/products/weather-climate-models/global-forecast)) and the European ([ECMWF](https://www.ecmwf.int/en/about/what-we-do/global-forecasts)) weather centres.
